High Protein gluten free recipes

High protein Falafel recipe!

  • Ingredients- Chickpeas soaked-500gms

  • Onion-1

  • Garlic-2 cloves

  • Parsley-1/2 bunch

  • Coriander fresh-1/4 bunch

  • Cumin-1 tbsp

  • Black pepper, salt- to taste

  • Lemon- juice of 1/2 lemon

  • Tahini- 2 tbsp

  • Sattu flour-1/4 cup

  • Method- Place the soaked chickpeas, onion, garlic in a food processor until the mixture is chopped not mushed. Add in fresh herbs, parsley and coriander, seasonings, lemon juice. Then finely add sattu flour, tahini and pulse one more time.

  • Transfer into large bowl and use hands to form round balls. Pan fry over medium heat rotating the balls to brown all sides.

  • Serve with minty dip and enjoy!

High protein Taco recipe!

  • Ingredients-Red kidney beans-soaked overnight and boiled- 100gms

  • Olive oil-1 tbsp

  • Onion-1/2 cup

  • Bell peppers-20 gms

  • Tomato-2 chopped

  • Avocado ripened-1/2

  • Salt, oregano- as per taste

  • Cheddar cheese- 1/2 cup

  • Method- Roughly mash red kidney beans. Take the rest ingredients except cheese and mix well with red kidney beans in a pan. Take taco shell fill with 2-3 tbsp of stuffing . Top with cheese and grill oven for 3-4 min. Enjoy hot.
