Hi, I am Shruti Gupta, a nutritional therapist in functional medicine. I hold a post graduate diploma in Dietetics from Pusa Institute Delhi, and a diploma in Nutritional Therapy from ION UK. My goal is to help each of my client to optimise their health and improve quality of their life through wholesome foods and lifestyle. I am committed to evidence based practice of the highest standards and regulation as prescribed by the nutritional therapy profession. I have over 15 years of experience working in multi-speciality hospitals, fitness clubs, corporates and as independent Nutritional therapist. In 2019, I also had the privilege to be invited to House of Lords (London) to give talk to cancer survivors on balancing hormones through right food and nutrition.

How can I help you
We are all unique and have different nutritional and dietary needs. I would work with you to understand your goals, diagnose the current condition and create a targeted nutrition protocol. I work with clients on a wide range of health concerns that include - weight loss, female hormone imbalance including hypothyroidism, PCOS, pre and post-menopausal, gut health, autoimmunity, kids health, sports nutrition and cancer.
What to expect
Step 1: Prior to the consultation I would ask you to fill a health questionnaire. This would help me understand your family history, personal health history, current diet and lifestyle, any medications or other treatments you have had.
Step 2: I would analyse the information provided to understand antecedents, mediators, triggers and formulate hypothesis that I would validate in the consultation.
Step 3: We will meet (face to face or online) for a 1 hour consultation. I would create a holistic meal plan taking into account your lifestyle and preferences. I work on the principle of food first which means nutritional supplements are only recommended as a support if needed.
