Ingredients

Spinach- handful

Spirulina powder- 1 tsp

Pineapple- 50gms

Fresh homemade whey water-150ml

Sattu powder -2 tsp

Cashews- 5-6

apple-40gms

Method- Blitz all ingredients in a smoothie jar and enjoy!
