Green energy dense smoothie for women runners!

By adding greens to smoothie can provide calcium, iron needed for enzyme systems, muscles and maintaining the oxygen carrying capacity of the blood.


  1. Banana- 1 small

  2. Spinach- handful

  3. Spirulina- 1 tbsp

  4. cucumber- 50gms

  5. Beetroot- 1/4 slice

  6. Oats-1 tbsp

  7. Coconut water- 150ml

Method- Blitz all in a powerful smoothie blender and enjoy!
