High fibre Tiranga idli
Ingredients
Barnyard millet- 1 katori
Urad dal- 1/2 katori
Carrot grated- 1 carrot
baking soda- pinch
curry leaves- 4-5
oil- for greasing- 1 tbsp
Salt- 1 tsp
Method
Soak both millet and dal for 2 hrs. Rinse and grind in a powerful mixer.
Soak overnight for fermentation. Add salt, baking soda, curry leaves, carrot.
Next morning make idli by greasing with little oil and steam.
Enjoy with coconut and tomato chutney.
