High fibre patties for kids lunch boxes


Sweet potato- 300gms

Beetroot steamed- 30gms

Spinach- handful

Ginger- 2 tbsp

Oats- 3 tbsp

Oil- 1 tbsp

Coriander- handful

Seasonings - roasted cumin, rock salt, garam masala- as per taste

Method- Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl, make small any shape patties.

Then flip on a pan with little oil until lightly brown.

Enjoy on its own with mint chutney or in a sandwich.
