This dish is rich in calcium, protein and phytoestrogens which help maintain hormone balance and bone health during perimenopause and menopause.
Ingredients
Firm tofu- 200gms
Bell pepers-50gms
Pak choy-50 gms
Oregano- 1 tbsp
corn flour- 1 tbsp
soya sauce - as per taste
tomato ketchup- as per taste
olive oil - 2 tbsp total
Method
Take firm tofu dry using tissue and cut into cubes. Marinate by sprinkling cornflour on top and saute in little oil. Keep it aside once little brown.
In a pan add oil again add oregano, bell peppers, pak choy and sauces.
Then add sauteed tofu and enjoy with brown rice or gluten free noodles.
